The immediate problem with that build that I see is that your damage is heavily reliant of Mark of Rodgort, however in a build with a total of 4 hexes, it's going to be getting removed ALOT.
My next suggestion would be to rework the midline, either run two SFs or two mind blasts, one with the two wards, the other with Draw and Extinguish.
I prefer to take Mending Touch on BAs to Purge, but that works fine too.
Take Extinguish off the SoD bar and put RoF in. I would also reccoment taking Spirit Bond over Prot Spirit.
For the LoD, you're better off running just Return instead of Return and Dark Escape. Put in RoF with the slot you saved, and drop Jamei's Gaze for Dwayna's Kiss. I usually run a Prot Spirit on my LoD too, but you'd have to drop Rejuvenation for that, which you might not want.
As for the LoD's attributes, run 12+1+1 heal, 9+1 prot, 9+1 Divine, 3 Shadow.

The build isn't bad as it is at the moment, but it's not exactly great either.

drop fire attune on the mind blast and put in glyph. the only energy he is ever spending is on mind blast (+3 energy after cast), glowing gaze (also +3 energy) and mark of rodgort, which doesnt really need to be pressed THAT much. most of his energy will be used up on wards, which fire attune doesnt activate on. have the mind blast bring two 15/-1 energy switch ups so that if he ever gets in trouble he can swap sets and blast his way back up the a good amount of energy (50 on normal set)

You will need 2 copies of mark of rodort. Assuming you are fighting for the flag stand and your ice runner will be running flag, you only have 1 hex. It would not stick on the players for long. Having 2 marks make it spammable and the ability to stick on players longer. I think you can change the BA arrow for a shut down memser or a BHA arrow. BA ranger doesn't quite fit this build since you ele are spamming burning.

I am a big fan of ageis, and i think you can replace them with the wards. 2 SF or 2 Mind blast is much better for this build. With 2 ele running chain ageis, 1 with draw and 1 with flame djinn (If you are required to run flag or anti gank or gank). You can add in Liquid Flame for some spike damage.

Remove extinguish from the monk. Maybe replace it with purge signet or some other skills.

Change the shock warrior to a Fire Hammer instead? Since you are counting on Mark to pressure, might as well use a fire warrior. Or use dual sword?

Maybe Amour of Mist so you don't have to spread your points that much?

things i ain't satisfied atm:
-limited spike abilities, though i think a spike can still work i think the damage is far less atm.
-MoR mesmer, i'd like him to change into a reaper's mark necro, because then you could have more hexes which destract the opponent from the mark of rodgort. Though then you wouldn't have any anti-enchant spells.

-either you're going to run SoD or either you're going to run an Aegis-Chain, because i have more faith in one skill then in three skills i think it's best to take SoD.
-not a fan of flame djinn
-purge goes on the mesmer so that the monk shouldn't have to lose energy.
-i think putting a conjure on a slow-attacking weapon is rather stupid, i'll stick with my Shock Axe. if you'll take another conjure flame it can be a target for mirror of disenchantment
-the flagrunner build is total poonage i think, the water djinn's put in there so because he needs gale. Gale is one of my favourite skills of all time, especially on maps like frozen isle or burning isle in which you knockdown the foe and he suffers the damage from the map.

- if that dual warrior setup cannot kill anything when assisted by 2 fire ele's, than it's because your warriors suck ass (or their support is lacking), not because the build is bad.
- running one hexer is a waste of a character, mark will stick, i bet most of the people that claim "it'll be removed instantly" have never played dual mindblast ele's. As long as you use mark wisely (on balled up foes) and frequently it will stick. monks will spend their veils, ... on diversion, shame rather than mark of rodgort, seriously, mesmer >>>>> necro

i'd take glyph sac hardres on the E/Mo instead of hardres on the mesmer : glyph sac is a guaranteed hardres, and with 8 healing prayers it's on par with signet (take 14 fire - 10 nrg storage - 8 healing - rest prot)

Your flagger has resilient was xiko. It's an item spell. That truely isn't clever. Try resilient weapon instead.

Also, I think you'll want a heal sig on one of those warriors, look at the crip slash, lose one of the running skills, and slip in a HS.
